If your item is damaged or defect, we will be happy to refund. Simple send us pictures of the order with the order number in question to email@example.com (Maximum 15 nature days since the order was received).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
