1.) Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship almost all around the world.
2.) How do I track my order?
You can track your order here, enter your tracking number then press Track to check your order status.
3.) When will I get my tracking number?
Once the order has been processed, tracking number usually takes 3-7 business days to be generated. Please take note to allow 3 to 5 business days for your tracking information to be updated. If you have not received your tracking number within 5 business days and/or If the tracking status is "not available" within 3 to 5 business days from the time you have received your tracking number, kindly send us an email at email@example.com
4.) Where can I get my tracking number?
You can retrieve your tracking number from your email address after 3 to 5 business days of confirmation order. If you have not received your tracking number within 5 business days, kindly send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will automatically receive your tracking number within 3 to 5 business days from the date of Order Confirmation was sent to you. If you have not received your tracking number within 5 business days, kindly send us an email at email@example.com.
5.) How can I know exactly when my order will arrive?
We are unable to provide you with an exact date and time of the delivery. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location of the Seller, your shipping destination and the courier partner's delivery schedule in your location.
6.) I need my order fast, do you guys provide expedited shipping?
Unfortunately, we are unable to speed up the delivery. Please refer to the delivery time within the United States and Internationally as mentioned.
7.) How long does delivery take?
The processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. Once the shipment is already loaded on the plane, estimated delivery is 14-20 business days for the United States and 20-30 business days internationally.
Please take note that there are some unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays that we are unable to control on our end as well as, some delays if there is an upcoming holiday season.

9.) How do I cancel my order?
Unfortunately we can not cancel your order.
We can only make a refund in case your order is defective or damaged.
